Overview

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Totten Eld Rentals website (totteneldrentals.com), operated by Totten Eld Creations LLC (8840 Hunter Point Road NW, Olympia, WA 98502). By using this site or submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms.

Rental bookings

Submitting a booking request online does not by itself create a binding rental until we confirm availability, you pay any required deposit, and you sign the Enclosed Trailer Rental Agreement presented during checkout. The signed rental agreement controls the rental relationship—including rates, deposits, cancellation, insurance, liability, pickup/return, and damage responsibilities.

Rates, requirements, and cancellation policy summaries on this site (see Specs & requirements) are for convenience; the signed agreement prevails if there is a conflict.

Payments

Deposits and rental payments are processed by Square. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges described in the booking flow and rental agreement.

SMS / text messaging

If you provide a mobile number on a booking or contact form, you may receive transactional texts about your booking or messages. Full SMS disclosure—including opt-out (STOP), help (HELP), frequency, and message/data rates—is in our Privacy Policy & SMS disclosure.

Website use

You agree not to misuse the site (including submitting false booking information, attempting unauthorized access, or interfering with site operations). Content on this site is provided for informational purposes and may change without notice.
